Can you tell us a little bit about your role at Harmony? 

I'm the first point of Support contact for Harmony users. My tasks include guiding them through anything they're not sure about, doing the initial troubleshooting, gathering more information for cases that require further investigation and escalate them to 2nd line. I also update Documentation pages that need to be reviewed following changes in Harmony and help with testing fixes and new features.
What were you doing before you joined us?

I worked in first line support for a payroll processing software that is widely used across large companies.

What do you enjoy most about your work? 

Helping the customers, of course :) Also, I get to learn almost as much with them as I do with the rest of the team here.

If you were given an extra day each week, what would you spend it doing? 

I would try to keep up with the exhibitions at my favourite museums and try to discover new lovely parks to go out for a walk.

Tell us something about you that may surprise us. 

I can speak four languages and will start learning a new one - Japanese ! - in September.
